1 tbsp olive oil3 clovesgarlic1 onion8oz red lentilsturmeric, chilli, cuminboiled brown basmati rice
fry garlic, spices and onion.
add lentils, stock cube and 3/4 pint of water.
bring to boil, put lid on and turn down to simmer.
cook until thickened (about 30 mins) check after 20 to make sure it's not sticking to the pan!!
serve with boiled rice.
