Easy Cheesy Bierock Casserole

2 lbs Ground Turkey 93/7 or Ground Beef 94/62 pkgs Dry Onion Soup Mix1/2 cup Chicken Broth6 oz Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese6 oz Shredded Italian Cheese or Mozzarella Cheese1 clove garlic (pressed)2 1/2 pkgs of Cresent Rolls (you could use reduced fat)Salt & Pepper1 bag Shredded Cabbage (could use a small head of cabbage and shred yourself)Cooking Spray
Brown ground turkey, drain if necessary. Add onion soup mix, garlic, chicken broth and cabbage, mix well. Simmer and occasionally stir for 10 minutes. In a 9x13 pan, coat with cooking spray. Unroll crescent rolls and spread out in the pan. Pinch seams together until the bottom of pan is covered well (you can spread the rolls up the side of the pan also, if you want). Spoon 1/3 of the meat mixture on top of the crescent rolls. Take a handful of each cheese and spread over the meat mixture. Repeat layers with the meat mixture being the last layer. Add remaining crescent rolls over the top of last meat mixture layer. Pinch seams of crescent rolls. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Serves 8-10.
