Vanilla Maple Granola

Ingredients
3 cups rolled oats1 cup whole raw almonds1/4 cup wheat germ1 cup unsweetened coconut1/2 cup maple syrup1/4 cup brown sugar1 Tablespoon honey1/4 cup water1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon1 teaspoon vanilla1/2 teaspoon almond extract1 cup craisins ( dried cranberries)
Directions
Preheat oven to 250F Lightly grease 2 cookie sheets or line with parchment paper.
In a dutch oven heat maple syrup,brown sugar,water and honey. When the sugar is melted remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, almond extract and cinnamon. Stir in the rest of the ingredients except craisins. Spread on the prepared pans bake for 60 minutes stirring every 20 minutes. Mix in craisins , cool and store in an airtight container at room temperature.
