Savory Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients
1 Head green cabbage1 lb lean ground beef1 C onion, chopped1.5 - 2 C tomato sauce (any type)1 C chopped tomatoes4 T uncooked brown rice1 Egg2 tsp dried parsley1 tsp pepper2 tsp salt
Directions
Boil water in a pot. Once water is boiling, turn off the heat and add a head of cabbage. Let sit in the water for 15-20 minutes.
Meanwhile, brown the ground beef and onions. Add parsley, salt, pepper, rice and egg and mix well.
Once the cabbage is finished, gently pull off 10-12 large leaves. Cut out the thickest part of the leaf, leaving a V like shape. Put some of the beef mixture into a leaf, and roll it up, tucking in the ends.
Place all rolls into deep casserole dish.
Cover the rolls with vodka sauce and chopped tomatoes. Bake in oven at 350 for an hour and a half.
