Spicy Orange Asian Stir Fry

1 bag Bird's Eye baby broccoli mix1 bag Bird's Eye cauliflower with garlic1.7 lbs chicken tenders 20 tbsp Spicy Orange Asian Sauce3 tbsp EVOO
Microwave veggies in the bags for half the cooking time stated.
Marinate chicken in salt, pepper, and Spicy Orange Asian Sauce.
Simmer chicken tenders in EVOO until no longer pink.
Remove chicken.
Simmer veggies for 4-5 minutes.
Add chicken.
Simmer on low for ten min.
Add more sauce to taste ( I use almost the whole bottle as I am simmering the veggies and chicken-probably 2 tbsps left in the bottle-good for leftovers.
Serving Size: Makes 10 servings (approx 1.5 cups per serving
