Curried Lentils

Ingredients
2 Cups of Red Lentils Dry2 tbspn of Patak's Mild Curry Paste1/2 cup of onion minced2 tbspns Olive Oil3 Cloves of Garlic Minced8 Cups of Water1 Beef Cube
Directions
Brown onions and garlic in olive oil, add the paste and cook for 1 minute add the lentils and fold into curry paste, add water, cube and simmer for 1 hour...if you see that it is getting dry add more water..enjoy on it's own as a snack or put on top of rice or quinoa
