Italian Mozzarella Pasta Salad.

Ingredients
3oz of penne past, (a full Cup uncooked).4 oz skim milk mozzarella cut into small cubes.10 big black olives, pitted and chopped.1 TBSpn almost crushed Basil.1 clove of cruched Garlic.2 TBSPn EVOO.100 grams of crushed tomatoes (less than half of a can).
Directions
Cook the pasta according to the box instructions.
Meanwhile, Crush the garlic, and basil together and then add the olive oil and mix a little more.
Crush the tomatoes a little extra.
Once the pasta is done, strain and run cold water on it for a minute or so while it's still in the strainer, to cool it down.
Mix the strained pasta, olives, tomatoes, mozzarella cubes and olive oil mixture together and blend well, and enjoy!!
