Mexican quinoa salad

Ingredients
1 cup dry quinoa, cooked.1 can black beans, rinsed1 red bell pepper, diced1 green bell pepper, diced½ red onion, diced¼ cup cilantro, chopped1/3 cup lemon juiceExtra virgin olive (I used my Misto and sprayed for about 10 seconds)1 tbsp cumin1 tbsp chile powder½ tbsp. garlic powderSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook the quinoa and let cool. When cooled down, mix all the ingredients together and serve! It couldn’t be easier and this made 5 servings so enough to eat throughout the week!
