Ground Turkey Taco

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey1 can Pinto beans, drained and rinsed1 can Rotel Tomatoes1 onion diced1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil2 garlic cloves minced2 tbsp cumin1 tbsp chili powder
Directions
Add oil to skillet and heat on medium heat. Dice onion and mince garlic add to hot skillet. Saute until onion is translucent.

Add ground turkey and cook until no longer pink. Add in beans and lightly mash into the ground turkey. Add in Rotel tomatoes, cumin and chili powder. Mix well and simmer for about 10 minutes on low heat.

Serve on toasted corn torlillas.
