Lentil Pie

Ingredients
Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake, 1 crust, single 9" Olive Oil, 1 tbspOnion,1 medium (chopped)Garlic, 1 clove (chopped)Carrots,1 large (chopped)Celery, 1 stalk (chopped)Lentils, 2.25 cup (cooked)Stewed Tomatoes, 1.5 cupSesame Seeds, 2 tbsp (toasted)Capers, canned, 2 tbsp, drainedSavory, ground, .5 tsp Cheddar Cheese, .75 cup, shredded
Directions
In a saucepan, fry onions in the oil.
Add all other ingredients except cheese. Heat on medium and let reduce.
Pour into the pie shell. Spread cheese on top.
Bake in an oven at 350F for 20 min.
