Ingredients
¾ cup Shredded romaine½ cup torn Fresh Spinach 1 tablespoon Fresh Bacon Bits1 ounce Oven Roaster Turkey, diced1 tablespoon shredded Gorgonzola1 tablespoon diced Spiced Pecans1 tablespoon Dried Cranberries¼ cup diced Fresh Pear1 slice Red Onion2 tablespoons Apple Maple Vinaigrette (Not included in this recipe...see separate recipe.
Directions
Combine all ingredients.
Toss with 2 tablespoons Apple Maple Vinaigrette.
Serve in about a larger salad bowl.

Serving Size: Makes one 2½-cup salad with dressing
