Spicy & Simple Black Beans

Ingredients
Onions, raw, 1 medium Garlic, 3 cloves Olive Oil, 1 1tsp Refried Black Beans 2 15-0z cansRo-Tel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chiles 10 oz canMeasurements below are guidelines. Season to taste.Garlic powder, 1 tbsp Onion powder, 1 tbsp Pepper, red or cayenne, .5 tbsp Cumin, 1 tbsp Chili powder, .5 tbsp
Directions
Pour a little olive oil into a sauce pan and heat to medium. Chop onion and garlic and add to oil. Heat about 5 minutes. Add refried beans, diced tomatoes & chiles, and spices. Heat thoroughly.

Delicious on a burrito or alone as chili. Just add a little low fat cheese and sour cream.

Recipe yields 4.5 cups. Serving size is set at 1/2 cup. (You'll probably use 1/4 cup for each burrito or a full cup if eating alone - count 1/2 a serving or 2 servings accordingly).
