High Fiber Bran Muffins

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups All Bran cereal1 cup whole almonds 3 cups wheat bran3 T whole wheat flour1/3 cup dark brown sugar1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda2 tsp ground allspice1 tsp ground cinnamon1/2 tsp ground nutmeg1/2 tsp salt1/2 cup dried cherries3 eggs1 1/4 cups milk 1%1/2 cup canola oil1 tsp vanilla extractmuffin liners
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grind Almonds in food processor, then remove, then grind All-Bran. Mix dry ingredients with wet then fold in dried cherries, use ice cream scoop and fill muffin cups. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove muffins from tins and serve warm.
