Homemade Paleo Jerky

Ingredients
1 lb flank steak ( sliced think and fat trimmed)1 tbsp of garlic powder1 tbsp of onion powder1tbsp of cyanne powder1/4 cup of sodium free soy sauce or worshire sauce1Cup hot water1/4 cup coconut aminos
Directions
Slice flank steak very thin, best done with an adjustable meat slicer. Toss meat in a gallon size zip lock or in a tuppaware dish. add remaining ingrediants and marinade over night or for 24 hours. When ready remove meat from marinaed, dry off excess juice. Add to Dehydrator and cook at 160* for 8-10 hours (until meat texture and color is appropriate with that of Jerky)
