Ingredients
Can tomatoes2 zucchini1 summer squashmushroomsoniongarlic spices
Directions
dice onion and chop garlic. Add EVOO to saute pan. Add onion and garlic to pan and heat until onion is translucent. Add chopped vegetables and can of tomatoes. Season with basil, oregano, salt, pepper, and hot pepper flakes. Simmer for 20 minutes or until most of the liquid has evaporated.
