Light French Toast

Ingredients
5 eggs1/2 c. skim milk2 T. cinnamon (never can overdo the cinnamon)10 - 12 pieces light wheat bread
Directions
mix together milk, eggs and cinnamon in a wide, shallow bowl. Heat a griddle. Spray with cooking spray when griddle is hot. dip both side of bread and put on griddle. Cook each side until golden brown and no longer soggy.
