broccoli cheese soup

Ingredients
2lb package of brocolli cuts2 cups frozen cauliflower3tsp chicken boullion6cups water8oz velveeta light
Directions
makes 12 - 1cup servings
cook veggies in water with boullion till soft, puree or smash with potato masher, add cheese, remove from heat and let cheese melt.
Sometimes I thicken with a little cornstarch and water mixture.
For zest add a spoon of picante sauce to each bowl.
