16 oz. cream cheese1/2 cup agave syrup3 Tablespoons fresh Lemon Juice2 teaspoons vanilla extract1/4 teaspoon salt3 cups sour creamIn large mixing bowl mix cream cheese and agave till smooth, about 3 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time blending after each. Add lemon juice, vanilla & salt, blend. Then add sour cream mix till just blended.Pour into prepared pan; place pan in larger pan adding 1 inch of hot water to larger pan. Bake for 45 minutes. Turn off oven and leave cake in the oven for one hour to finish baking (do not open door). Remove cake from oven and pan with water, cool to room temperature on a rack. Store in fridge until ready to serve.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 8" spring-form pan and line bottom with waxed or parchment paper, grease.
Wrap bottom of pan in two layers to foil, to keep liquid out.
