HCG P2 Chicken Soup

Ingredients
300 g small cubed chicken breast3 cups shredded cabbage1 cup sliced onion1/2 cup celery4 cups low fat, low sodium chicken broth1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp onion powder1 tsp poultry seasoning1/2 tsp sage1 tbs parsley flakes1 cup fresh baby spinach
Directions
Heat 1 cup of the broth in a large saucepan. Bring to the boil and add onion, celery,cabbage and spices. Add remaining stock and bring to a simmer. Add chicken and spinach, continue at a simmer for 20 min.
