Sugar Free Caramel Meringue

Ingredients
1/2 cup egg whites (or 3 egg whites)1/4 tsp cream of tartar2 tbsp Sugar Free Caramel Torani Syrup
Directions
Egg whites need to be at room temp.
Preheat oven to 225'

Whip egg whites until soft peaks form. Continue beating, slowly add in cream of tartar and continue whipping until stiff peaks form. CAREFULLY and slowly whip in the syrup, pouring around the edge of the bowl to keep from flattening the whip.

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Dollop spoonfuls of meringue onto parchment.
Bake for 25 minutes, rotate cookie sheet, bake for another 20-30 minutes (depending on size of cookie).

Let cool - store in an airtight container (if they last that long).
