Lamb and Vegetable Soup (Michael Sallustio)

Ingredients
1/2 lb lamb1 clove garlic, crushed1 tomato, diced1 zucchini, dicedParsley, sea salt, pepper & cinnamon to taste2 quarts water1/2 cup rice
Directions
Heat lightly-oiled saucepan. Brown lamb. Cook veggies w/ garlic in saucepan; stir 5 mins 'til soft. Add water. Boil, reduce heat; simmer covered x 30 mins 'til tender.
