Very Veggie Pinto Beans with Ham

Ingredients
2 pounds of dry pinto beans, rinsed and sorted1/2 jar Casa Mamita Chunky Salsa, pureed1 1/2 large onion, chopped4 large stalks of celery, chopped2 cups diced extra lean (5% fat) ham2 tbsp. salt1 tbsp. chili powderenough water to make total 5 quarts
Directions
Cover beans with water in large stock pot and bring to boil on high heat. Remove from heat and let sit 1 hour. Drain beans and place in 5 quart slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients adding enough water to fill slow cooker. Turn heat to high for 8 hours.
