Broccoli, fresh, 106 grams Pears, fresh, 289 grams Lemons, 49 grams Carrots, raw, 172 grams Cucumber (with peel), 133 grams Sweet potato, 0.5 sweetpotato, 5" long Spinach, fresh, 90 grams Asparagus, fresh, 139 grams Fresh Mint Leaves, 3-4 sprigs
Directions
So easy :) - Low power on the juice extractor for lemon. Pack the mint and spinach together to juice and alternate the ingredient finishing off with a carrot or pear - good solid fruit to juice through. Enjoy!
