Potatoe Chip "Fried" Chicken

Ingredients
1 lb Chicken Breast, boneless, skinless3 oz Potato Chips (equal to 3 small ind. bags) 2 large Eggs.
Directions
Rinse Chicken Breast and cut so you have 8 servings. Crush potato chips in a bowl. Beat eggs with a little salt and pepper. Dip each breast piece in egg then roll in potato chips. Place on un-greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes or until chicken is done.
