Ingredients
2 Weight Watchers Points Plus per tablespoon1/2 c balsamic vinegar1/2 c water1 c olive oil3 tbsp honey3 tbsp Dijon mustard4 cloves garlicsalt and pepper to desired taste*you can substitute a portion of the oil for hemp oil o flax oil to increase PUFA's (polyunsaturated fatty acids (OMEGA's)) I like to substitute 1/4 cup of the olive oil for hemp oil or flax oil, this will increase the amount of fat in the recipe, but not by much.69 calories per serving6.8g of fat per serving2.1 carbs per serving
Directions
Combine all ingredients except olive oil into the bowl of a food processor. Process ingredients for 1 minute and slowly drizzle in olive oil until well emulsified.
