Simple Cinnamon Toast

6 slices Sara Lee 100% whole wheat, 45 cal3 eggs1/2 cup skim milk (maybe a little less)1T Cinnamon1T Vanilla extract3 Splenda packets, or sugar equivalent
Mix all ingredients in a shallow bowl
Spray a frying pan or electric griddle with non-stick spray
Heat to med/low
Dip each bread slice in batter, covering both sides but not making them too soggy
Place bread in pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side
Top with the traditional butter and syrup for french toast, or go with natural applesauce, peanut butter, or fresh fruit for a healthier option!
Leftovers go great in a toaster, make a microwave egg muffin next day, or quick breakfast on the go.
