Fresh Summer Garden Sandwich

Ingredients
1 pocket pita1/2 ripe tomato1 small banana pepper (hot)1.5 tbsp light mayonnaise3 slices of raw onion
Directions
Open the pocket pita. Spread the mayonnaise inside. Put the thinly sliced, garden fresh tomatoes, onion and hot banana peppers in the pocket. Makes 1 vegetarian sandwich.

This sandwich is delicious and you will be craving one every day of the summer!
