Vegetable soup

Ingredients
Garlic, 2-3 cloves, mincedOnion, diced, largeOlive oil, 1 tbswater, 10 cupsCarrot, 2-3 dicedCelery, 2, dicedGreen beans, raw, chopped 1-2 cupsZucchini, green 1 mediumZucchini, yellow, 1 mediumTomatoes, canned diced no salt addedHot pepper flakes, to tastepepper, to tastesalt, to tasteOregano flakes, 1-2 tspBasil 2 tsp
Directions
Saute garlic, onions in 1 tbs olive oil. Add carrots, celery and soften about 5-8 minutes. Add water, green beans, tomatoes, basil, oregano, salt, pepper. Simmer 10 minutes. Add chopped cabbage and zucchini, and canned white beans (rinsed). Simmer 10 more minutes. Add hot pepper flakes to taste.
