Bread Machine Multigrain bread (1 1/2# loaf)

12-16 oz warm water/potato water1 1/2 T Butter3 T Honey2 tsp Kosher salt1 1/3 C Bread flour1 1/3 C White whole wheat flour1 C 7 grain or multigrain cereal1 T Vital wheat gluten flour1 1/2 T Psyllium husk powder2 tsp Bread machine yeast
1. Place ingredients in pan in order.
2. Select dough cycle.
3. On tone, remove to lightly floured surface - flour hands knead 10-30 times - form loaf - place in greased pan - spray top of loaf with oil - cover with plastic and proof in warm place 30-60 minutes until 1 inch above top of pan.
4. Bake in pre-heated 350 F oven for 30 minutes.
5. Remove pan to wire rack - cool 10 minures - turn loaf out of pan to wire rack - cool completely.
6. Store in air tight container.
