Black Bean and Corn Salad

Ingredients
Salad1 - 15 oz can of Black Beans1 - 15 oz can of Great Northern Beans1 - 15 oz can of Black Eyed Peas1 - 15 oz can Corn (or 2 cups frozen corn)2 cups Tomato (diced fine)1/3 cup Cilantro coarsely chopped (or to taste)Dressing3/4 cup Canola Oil1/4 cup white Vinegar1 Jalapeno seeded and chopped fine1 Tbsp Minced Garlic2 tsp coarsely ground Pepper (or to taste)2 tsp ground chili or cayenne pepper1 - 2 tsp Cumin (to taste)
Directions
Drain and rinse all beans and corn and place in large bowl. Add tomatoes and Cilantro.

Mix Dressing ingredients and blend well using whisk. Pour over bean mixture and gently blend without smashing beans. Best of chilled before serving.
