Cuban Rice and Black Beans

Ingredients
1 c onion1 c green pepper3 cloves garlic1 can black beans1 c white rice2 cups water1/2 tsp cuminpinch of oregano
Directions
saute onion, green pepper, and garlic in 2 tsp of olive oil until tender. Rinse beans and add beans, rice, water and spices to pot. Bring to a boil, cover and lower heat to low and cook 20 min without peeking.
Delicious alone or with chicken or pork carnitas!
