salmon patties

Ingredients
1 5-oz can Chicken of the Sea pink salmon, boneless/skinless, in water1 large egg1 handful (about one quarter to one half cup) of Goldfish
Directions
Spray pan/griddle with non-stick cooking spray or melt butter on it, set to medium high heat. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Using hands, form small patties and drop them into hot pan/griddle. Cook for about 4 minutes, flip. When both sides are light brown, enjoy!
