Roast Beef Burritos

Ingredients
2 Cans Hormel Roast Beef, canned2 Cans Petite Diced Tomatoes2 Cans Diced Green Chiles2 Cups chopped onion12 oz cheddar cheese12 Flour Tortillas - soft taco size or 8"
Directions
Drain juices from roast beef and diced tomatoes. Shred roast beef in large saucepan, add diced tomatoes, green chiles and onions. Cook over medium heat till hot. Meat mixture will create more juices as it heats.

Heat flour tortillas, fill tortillas with 1/2 cup meat mixture (squeeze as much juice out of mixture as you can before putting it in tortilla) and 1 oz of cheese, roll into burrito.

Makes approx. 20 Burritos
