Celery, raw, 109 grams Spinach, fresh, 50 grams Red Ripe Tomatoes, 197 grams Asparagus, fresh, 106 grams Cucumber (with peel), 126 grams Pears, fresh, 256 grams Carrots, raw, 168 grams Radishes, 74 grams Cabbage, savoy, fresh, 111 grams Sweet potato, fresh, 2.5" piece (size of fist)
The usual - wash the fruit and veg. Leave all the peel on. Slowly add each ingredient to juice extractor. Enjoy :)
