Chickpea Burgers

Ingredients
1 can of garbanzo beans (chickpeas)2 T flaxseed ground flour2 T lemon juice1 tsp cumin ground1 T tumeric1/4 tsp corriander1 T garlic powder1 T parsley1 egg2 T extra virgin oil to cook patties in
Directions
drain and rinse 1 can garbanzo beans...mash manually or use food processor, then add all ingredients...except olive oil. Measure out 1/4 cup patties and flatten....heat oil in skillet and add patties cooking around 7 to 10 mins on medium heat then flip to other side and cook the same or until well browned.
