Ingredients
2 large chicken breasts (no skin or bone) ground - I used my food processor1 lb 93% lean ground beef1/2 lb of breakfast sausage4 cups chopped fresh mushrooms1-1/2 cups of chopped onion4 jalapeno peppers chopped (optional)1 cup green bell pepper chopped2 eggssalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Turn out on to a non-stick baking sheet (with sides). Form into a large rectangle about 3" tall. Bake
