Moroccan Style Pilaf

Ingredients
Water, tap, 3.5 cup (8 fl oz) Indian, Aromatic Basmati Rice, 1.5 cupNo Name Chicken Bouillon Concentrate, 6 tspOlive Oil, 1 tsp Onions, raw, .5 cup, choppedApricots, dried, .5 cup, halvesRaisins, .5 cup (not packed)Cinnamon, ground, .5 tspCumin, ground, 1 tsp Almonds, .5 cup, sliced
Directions
Saute onion in oil on med. heat until starting to become translucent. Add rice, water and chicken boullion - bring to a boil and then reduce to medium-low heat, cover and let simmer for 15min. Stir in spices and fruit. Re-cover the pot and simmer for 5min. Let set for 5min and then stir in almonds.
