2 Tbsp Canola oil2 Onions sliced1 Large Carrot2 Chicken breasts cuts into 2cm cubes1 Jar President's Choice Madras Curry Sauce
On low heat, heat oil and sweat the onion, and carrot in a large saucepan. Once they're soft, add the chicken and cook until if changes colour. Add the sauce and cook covered with a lid for 30 minutes. Add the green pepper and cook for another 5 minutes. Serve with rice
