Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz)Egg, fresh, 2 large Egg - Eggbeaters, 0.25 cup Carrots, raw, .5 large Onions, raw, 1 small Garlic, 2 cloves Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake, 1 crust, single 9"Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded Milk, 2%, .33 cup *Philadelphia Light cream cheese, 4 tbsp *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 3 tspSalt, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tbspPaprika, 2 tbsp
1. Bake the pie crust as per instructions.
2. Fry chopped onion in oil at medium heat for 5 min.
3. Add garlic (chopped) and carrot (finally chopped). Fry for another 5 min.
4. Combine all other ingredients in a large bowl with a whisk.
5. Add fried vegetables to liquid mix.
6. Pour into baked pie shell and bake at 350 for 45 min.
