Moist Lemon Pound Cake

Ingredients
1.5 C unbleached white flour1 C sugar.5 tsp saltjuice of 1 lemon2 tsp baking powder3 eggs1/3 C light olive oil.5 C Lt mayo.5 C sour cream
Directions
Beat together sugar, sour cream, mayo and oil. Add eggs. Beat thoroughly. Add lemon juice. Add dry ingredients and beat 3 minutes with stand or hand mixer. Pour into greased 9 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool completely before serving.
