Kate's Whole Wheat Crepes Single Serving

*Canola Oil, 1/2 1tsp (remove) Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1/4 cup (remove) OR 3 EGG WHITES *Whole Wheat Flour, 1/4 cup (remove) Skim Milk, 1/8 cup (remove) Water, tap, 1/8 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)pinch

Using an immersion blender and a tall pouring container, mix eggs. Gradually add in the milk and water, stirring to combine. Add the flour then the salt and oil.

Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each crepe. Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly.

Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown. Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side. Serve hot.
