Spinach, fresh, 1 cupCelery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Carrots, raw, 1 mediumKale, .5 cup, chopped 365 coconut water, 8 oz Ginger Root, 1 tsp Lime Juice, 1 wedge yields Hemp Protein Powder, Bob's Red Mill, 2 tbspwaterchia seeds, 1 tsp
Put coconut water and a handful of spinach in blender. Blend until smooth. Add more spinach. Repeat until all of spinach is blended. Repeat with kale, chopped carrots, chopped celery, and grated ginger adding a little at a time and blending. Add lime juice to taste. Add 2 tbsp of hemp protein powder and blend. Add water to make it the consistency you desire. Add chia seeds. Let it sit a few minutes if you want your chia seeds to gel and make this thicker.
