Vegan Chili

1.5 to 2 cups of assorted beans, 1/2 roma tomato, 1/2 sweet onion, 1/2 jalapeno pepper, 4 cups chicken broth. Sautee the onion and pepper in olive oil before adding.
Directions
Slow cook overnight.
