Verne's Lemon Meringue Pie

1 14 ounce can Fat Free Condensed Sweetened Milk1/2 c. Lemon Juice3 Large Eggs Seperated1/2 tsp Lemon Zest1/4 c. Splenda1/4 tsp Cream of Tatar1 8 inch prebaked pie shell or crumb crust
If using a pie crust, set oven to 350 and bake for 10 to 12 min. When done set aside. In a medium bowl combine milk, lemon juice, zest and add egg yolks, pour into cooled pie crust.

Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar until stiff. Spread over filling to seal the edge of crust. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until meringue is golden brown.
