Turkey lasagna

Ingredients
500 g ground turkey1 box (375 g) whole wheat lasagna noodles2 c cottage cheese or ricotta cheese6 cups spaghetti sauce10 mushrooms1 onion1 tbsp olive oil1 c cheddar cheese, shredded1/2 c parmesan cheese to top lasagna
Directions
brown turkey and drain. Saute chopped onion and mushrooms in olive oil and add to turkey. Add 3 cups tomato sauce and simmer.

Cook noodles according to package, drain and rinse with cold water. Add 1 c tomato sauce to the bottom of an 13 by 8 inch pan and layer noodles and sauce mix. make one layer cottage cheese.

Top the lasagna with the remainder of the sauce and shredded cheese, bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before eating.
