All Natural Pancakes; gluten free, Low Cal

Ingredients
1 Banana (mashed)2 eggs1 table spoon Vanilla extract2 tsp ground cinnamonAny berries you like to garnishNo sugar added syrup
Directions
Mash banana very well. Mix in eggs and whisk together. Add vanilla and cinnamon. Mix until incorporated.

Heat pan to a medium high heat. Spray with your choice of non-stick cooking spray.
I used a ladle to spoon out pancake mix. I made 1 batch of 4, and then a batch of 3.
Cook until you can see the edges are cooked and then flip and cook a few more minutes. 2-3.

Serve with your choice of berries and a few tables spoons of no sugar added syrup (E.D. Smith, so sugar added syrup is only 30 cals for 3 tbsp!!)

Serving Size: Makes about 7 medium sized pancakes. 3.5/serving.
