Chicken Piccatta

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts1/2 stick butter4 tablespoons olive oilflour and paprika1/2 cup white wine1/2 cup chicken broth1 tsp. basil2 lemons
Directions
Melt butter in pan and add olive oil. Dredge chicken in flour and paprika and pan fry. Remove chicken. Add wine and scrape bottom of pan. Add broth, the juice from one lemon and basil. Stir and cook until bubbly and a little thicker. Put chicken back in pan and top with slices of second lemon. Cook briefly to combine flavors. You can add a couple of tsp of capers if you like.
