Goetta Made in a Pressure Cooker

1 tbsp Salt 4 clove Garlic 1 large Onions, raw 4.50 cup Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free 3 serving Whole bay leaf 2.50 cup Oats, Bob's Red Mill Steel Cut Oats (1/4 cup dry) 32 oz Ground Pork Sausage, Lean cooked, drained
1. Brown beef, pork and onion in the pressure cooker brown setting.
2. Add steel cut oats, garlic powder, salt, pepper and bay leaves and stir into meat mixture.
3. Add chicken or beef broth and stir, then close and lock lid
Set pressure cooker to high pressure for 30 min. after the 30 min let the pressure come down naturally.
4. When all the pressure has been release open lid and stir mixture, then put into bread pans. Cover pans with plastic wrap (this will prevent it getting a crust one it) after it has cooled put in refrigerator overnight to let it set up.
5. The next day cut the Goetta into slices fry in a little oil or bacon grease until brown.
