Beef Tips and Noodles

Place the flour, 1 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper in a plastic bag. Add 2 pounds sirloin steak cut into small pieces; shake in bag.
Brown the floured steak cubes in 1/4 cup of butter for about 15 minutes. Add: onion, lemon juice, beef broth, parsley, basil, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well, cover and simmer over low heat for 1 1/2 hours once in awhile.
