2 cups cooked quinoa1 can black beans, drained and rinsed1 can pinto beans, drained and rinsed2 cans Rotel tomatoes w/ chiles3 cups frozen diced tomatoes2 cups frozen sweet corn3 cups pulled roasted pork chops1 Tbsp chile powder1 Tbsp cumin1 tsp dried oregano3 cloves garlic, minced1 Tbsp onion powder
Place all ingredients in to slow-cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours.
